My name is Isabeau Miller and I am a Realtor with SilverPointe Properties in Franklin, TN, specializing in home sales in Williamson and Davidson Counties in the Greater Nashville Area.
I moved to Middle Tennessee almost three years ago after falling in love with Nashville and all that it is. My journeys have taken me near and far (many of you know me from NBC's Reality TV show "The Biggest Loser", Season 4) but despite being a native Northeasterner, I have truly embraced Nashville as MY home!
In a time where many are questioning their investments, my goal is to not only sell you a house, but a lifestyle. I remember being stunned at how diverse, cultural, and busy the Greater Nashville area was. As a young woman, newly relocated in a place away from everyone I knew, it was up to me to discover my great surroundings, and discover I did. I have developed such a passion for this area that I can't imagine NOT telling everyone about it, and helping other people have the chance to say they too call Middle Tennessee "home".
This blog is three fold:
1- To provide you with as much current information on all things Real Estate. I truly believe PERSONALLY (not just professionally) that any investment in the Nashville, Williamson or Davidson county areas is a worthy- and wise- one, but I understand YOU need to feel 100% comfortable with your decision to buy, and know you have all the knowledge to make smart choices! I will focus Real Estate blogs on great properties currently listed on MLS, any new policy changes in mortgages or the homebuying process, up and coming or thriving neighborhoods I think you'll love, and much more!
2- To help YOU discover your own Nashville love story. Whether you are a sports enthusiast, a music lover, an artist, a professional, a stay at home mom, a 20-something looking for your first home, there are MANY reasons to root your life in Williamson or Davidson County. Consider this blog an opportunity to learn more about your future (or current!) home. Whether you're relocating to Williamson or Davidson County from across the country, or just across town, Nashville is full of hidden gems, and I will do my best to "show you around!".
3- Allow you to get to know who I am, and hopefully earn your trust to represent you in one of the most financially and emotionally lucrative investments you will ever make! Your Realtor should not just be someone who takes you from house to house, and only calls you back when you're ready to put an offer on a property. Your agent should be a confidante who happens to know the Real Estate industry, and the Greater Nashville area, inside out! My hope is that in surpassing your expectations, you will become a client, and friend, for life! Some agents' ultimate goal is to make as much money as possible, but my personal goal is to have as many return clients as possible. I hope to be an ongoing source for anything you might need- whether it's a referral on what doctor to go to, what restaurant to share with your out of town guests, or what hot spot has great music on Saturday night. Our relationship does not begin at your first offer, and I hope it won't end after you close! If you are my client, you will start as an important part of my life, and hope you will STAY an important part of my life, and vice versa!
